While my main role in the company was "Head of Background Design", as a small startup everyone helped with other things as well. So I got the opportunity to make many 2D animations as well as storyboards and animatics.
Falls
This animation was requested by nurses in Ichilov Medical Center. In this animation, we had to show the dangers of falling (from your bed, when you walk late at night).
The challenging part of the project was that we needed to show pain and injuries, but in a way that isn't the actual character getting hurt, more of a visualization of their imagination. We decided to go for a 50s-style American animation in hopes that it would resonate with the age group we were aiming for.
Hyperlipidemia
This animation was requested by a pharma company that needed an explanation about cholesterol. The challenge here was to find a way to explain topics that people have heard about before, and also fear.
